At Ellum Engineering, we provide construction administration services on numerous utility projects. Our projects have included improvements to and installation of new sanitary sewers, storm drains and water lines, as well as installation of sewer and water pumping stations, water storage tanks, associated control valves, and various related appurtenances. Approval of monthly progress payments, general oversight of construction, and coordination between City, contractors, and property owners within impacted neighborhoods are all services we provide.

With our attention to detail, we are known for our thorough reviews of technical reports, hydraulic design, construction documents, and specifications. From local permits to state and federal water certifications, we have the experience and provide the attention to detail necessary for successful permit applications.
Ellum Engineering provides services related to the development and upgrades of Operation and Maintenance manuals for water and wastewater equipment, preparation of First-Year Reports as well as witness testing for equipment performance evaluations.
