As President and Project Manager, Ms. Ellum provides recognized expertise in construction administration and hydraulics, thorough QA/QC reviews of water and wastewater designs, reports and construction documents and knowledge of permitting requirements associated with utility projects.
Mike Brookshire, p.e.
As Project Engineer, Mr. Brookshire brings over 25 years of experience with all aspects of local water utility operations to projects, including design, construction administration, updating Water Supply Plans and development of Risk and Resiliency studies.
John Garner, P.E
As Project Engineer, Mr. Garner brings his considerable experience with concrete construction to Ellum Engineering, providing construction administration services for concrete tanks, slabs and other related structures. Mr. Garner also provides CADD services for Ellum Engineering.
